Refund Policy

Requests for refunds will be considered and processed within 14 days of receipt of notice, as follows:

If written notice to withdraw from a session is received more than 14 days before the start of the session, you will be issued a refund of your deposit minus a $50 cancellation processing fee. To avoid paying the fee, you may transfer your deposit to another open session during the same season. Alternatively, you may apply your deposit, less a $50 cancellation processing fee, toward tuition for the following season.

If written notice to withdraw from a session is received 7-13 days before the start of the session, you will lose your 50% deposit. If you paid more than this, any amount over the required 50% deposit will be returned to you. To avoid losing your deposit, you may transfer your deposit to another open session during the same season. Alternatively, you may apply your deposit, less a $50 cancellation processing fee, toward tuition for the following season.

If  written notice to withdraw from a session is received less than 7 days before the start of the session, no refund will be issued. To avoid losing your deposit, you may transfer your deposit to another open session during the same season.

If your child is a no-show, no refund will be issued.

If your child withdraws from camp before the end of a session for family, personal, or disciplinary reasons, no refund will be issued for the missed days. We will mail you any balance left in your camper’s spending account.

Documented illnesses are exempt from this policy, less a $50 cancellation processing fee.
